FINAL CIRCULAR

The town of VERCELLI is situated at ca. 80 Km from Torino and Milano and 135 Km from Genova.
Vercelli is very near to the most important airports of northern area of Italy, Malpensa airport, Linate airport and Caselle airport. However, the most convenient way to reach Vercelli is from Milano Malpensa Airport.

BY CAR

From Milan. Highway A4, take the A26 direction, exit of Vercelli Est.
From Turin. Highway A4, take the direction Santhià (A26 Alessandria), exit of Vercelli Ovest.

BY TRAIN

Vercelli’s railway station is very well connected both with Milan and Turin.
You can check the trains timetable and choose the one that fits you better on this website: www.trenitalia.it.

BY PLANE

From Turin airport "Caselle" (85 kms from the airport to Vercelli).
From Milan airport "Linate" (95 kms from the airport to Vercelli).
From Milan airport “Malpensa” (50 Kms from the airport to Vercelli)

Please notice that special buses will be organized from Malpensa airport to Vercelli on Thursday 27th March. Please contact the organization secretary before 15th March if the service is needed.

Links between different airport to train stations

FromMilano Malpensa

Malpensa Terminal 1 and 2 are connected to the Central Railway Station of Milan by a bus service Malpensa Shuttle (http://www.malpensashuttle.it/e-default.htm ). The trip lasts around one hour.
Taxis are also available, just outside the arrivals’ floor. Notice that, as the distance is quite long, the cost for the trip to the station is around 65 Euro!
Of course, from Milan Central Railway Station you may travel to Vercelli by national rail system.

Milano Linate
Departures from Linate to Milan Central Railway Station leave (from the arrival platform) every 30 minutes every day, from 6.05 am to 23.30 pm. The tickets cost around 2 Euro and can be bought at STAM (the running company) or on the bus. The stretch last 20 minutes. You can also take a taxi. The fare is around 25 Euro.
